Observation

Multiple window coverings with pull cords were observed in the family room and living room that were accessible to children and posed a risk of strangulation to children at the time of inspection. A TV cord in the family room area was observed to be accessible to children at the time of inspection. The glass door leading to the outdoor area did not have stickers/art work at children's eye level to prevent children from walking into the door at the time of inspection. Two pack n' plays were obesrved to be placed next to a large size window in the family room that was not made of safety glass at the time of inspection. Sharp corners on a book organizer in the family room and sharp corners on a dining table in the living room were observed to be accessible to children at the time of inspection. / Three protruding metal plates on the bathroom wall was observed and required removal at the time of inspection. A cabinet under the sink in the bathroom area was without a safety lock and posed an entrapment hazard at the time of inspection. Multiple holes on the lawn in the backyard area were observed to pose a tripping hazard at the time of inspection. Large decorative items inside the living room area posed a tipping hazard and required removal at the time of inspection. A large hole on wall was observed in the bathroom area and required repairing at the time of inspection. / Multiple staircase balusters were observed to be broken (missing) at the time of inspection. The indoor temperature was measured at 61 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. The stairway lead to the second floor of the home in the living room area did not have a safety gate at the time of inspection. Multiple outlets in the family room and living room area were observed to be non tamper-resistant and did not have a blank plate at the time of inspection. An outlet in the bathroom area was observed to be non tamper-resistant and non GFCI and did not have a blank plate at the time of inspection.
